Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

DariaMall offers Cash on Delivery (COD) to make shopping convenient for customers across the United Arab Emirates.

1. How COD Works

When you select Cash on Delivery at checkout:

1. Place your order through the DariaMall Website.

2. We may contact you to confirm the order.

3. Your order is prepared and dispatched after confirmation.

4. The courier delivers your order to the provided address.

5. You pay the order amount in cash when the order is delivered.

2. Order Confirmation

To reduce fraudulent and unwanted orders, DariaMall may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

We may use the contact information provided during checkout for this purpose.

If we are unable to verify an order, we may delay, cancel, or decline the order.

3. Correct Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name

• Mobile number

• Emirate

• Area

• Building/villa information

• Apartment or office number

• Delivery instructions

Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

4. Payment

Payment must be made to the authorized delivery partner at the time of delivery.

The amount payable will be the final order amount communicated by DariaMall.

5. Refused or Failed COD Orders

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, or repeatedly places orders and does not accept them, DariaMall may:

• Cancel the order

• Restrict COD availability

• Require advance payment for future orders

• Decline future orders where permitted

This policy is intended to protect our customers, delivery partners, and business from fraudulent or abusive orders.

6. Cancellation

If you want to cancel your COD order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will try to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds

COD orders remain subject to DariaMall's Return & Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved for a COD purchase, DariaMall may request appropriate payment details to process the refund.
